Find Concrete Prosis an online marketplace that connects homeowners with independent concrete contractors (“Pros”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

• Match your project with a limited number of local Pros
• Send a one-time verification code to confirm your phone number

3. How We Share Your Information

With the Pros we match you with

When you submit a quote request, you are asking us to connect you with contractors. To do that, we share the project details and contact information you provide — including your name, phone number, email, and project details — with a limited number of Pros in your area so they can contact you with quotes. This sharing is a core part of the service you request. Each Pro is an independent business responsible for its own use of your information.

With service providers

We use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf, such as:

• SMS and email delivery providers
• Hosting, infrastructure, and data storage
• Analytics and advertising measurement

These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and may not sell it or use it for their own purposes.

For legal reasons

We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, protect our rights or the safety of others, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent and Sharing

By providing your phone number and submitting our quote form, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Find Concrete Pros, including a one-time verification code and transactional updates about your quote request and Pro matches. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You can also text HELP to +1 (866) 693-3750 for help or STOP to +1 (866) 693-3750 to opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

SMS opt-in consent and your mobile phone number, when collected for the purpose of receiving text messages from Find Concrete Pros, are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the messaging aggregators and service providers that help us deliver the messages you request (for example, our SMS delivery provider). The phone number you provide in a quote request is separately shared with the Pros we match you with so they can call, text, or email you to respond to your request, as described in Section 3. Those conversations may continue directly between you and the Pro — that is a service you actively request and is distinct from your consent to receive messages from us.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for analytics, advertising, and measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

Do Not Track
