These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of findconcretepros.com and the services provided by Karmiq LLC, doing business as Find Concrete Pros (“Find Concrete Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. What We Do

Find Concrete Prosis an online marketplace that connects homeowners with independent concrete contractors (“Pros”). When you submit a quote request, we match you with a limited number of Pros who may contact you about your project.

We are not a contractor, do not perform concrete or construction work, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a Pro. Any contract, quote, payment, work, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the Pro.

3. No Guarantee; Independent Contractors

Pros are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. While we may apply screening or vetting steps, we do not guarantee any Pro’s licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing, workmanship, or conduct. Estimates and quotes are provided by Pros and are not guaranteed by us. You are responsible for your own due diligence — including verifying licensing and insurance — before hiring any Pro.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Only submit a phone number you own or are authorized to provide
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and submitting our quote form, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Find Concrete Pros, including a one-time verification code and transactional updates about your quote request and Pro matches. The Pros we match with your request may also contact you directly by phone, text, or email to respond to your request, and those conversations may continue directly between you and the Pro. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. 6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our content, branding, and software, are owned by Find Concrete Pros and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRO WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Find Concrete Pros AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY PRO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Concrete Pros and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your dealings with any Pro, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and Find Concrete Pros waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court. If you do not agree to arbitration, discontinue use of the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
